SHIPPING:

All displays are manufactured in the order in which we receive payment conformation from paypal. All orders will be shipped to Continental U.S. addresses only no PO Boxes and will be shipped best method and insured. Please allow 10-14 days for manufacturing of some larger items. Most orders are shipped within 10 to 14 business days of order conformation. If you require special shipping, send us an e-mail at: 4sales@victorylaneproducts.com before you order.

RETURNS:

At VictoryLaneProducts we try very hard to keep our prices as low as possible, and in doing so we ask that customers who wish to cancel an order to do so within 3 days of submitting their order to avoid work order cancellation fees and any return shipping fees.

Canceled orders or returns after 3 days of our receipt of a placed order will be subject to a 30% work order cancellation fee of the total charge per item returned. 

Returns after shipment is made will be charged the same 30% restocking fee, and these returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met; (1) The package must not have been opened. IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. (2) The same shipping method including insurance must be used and all shipping fees are to be paid by the returning sender. (3) All returns must be made within 10 days of shipping date. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS OF THE SHIPPING DATE.

If your order is damaged during shipping, you must notify the carrier immediately. Please retain ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING for carrier insurance claims, as they may NOT be accepted without it.

PAYMENT:

VictoryLaneProducts currently only accepts credit card and bank card payments through PayPal. This is a safe and secure method of payment for our customers. The name on your credit card statement associated with this transaction will be VictoryLaneProducts.
